Mar. 23--Durham developer Michael Lemanski sure likes downtown's West Main Street.
Through his company Greenfire Development, the Durham resident recently purchased two buildings -- at 120 and 122 W. Main St. -- for about $620,000, according to county deed records. The two adjacent storefronts join Greenfire's other holdings: 118 W. Main St., formerly occupied by MK's House of Jazz and next door to 122 W. Main St.; the five-story Baldwin Building and the Kress Building.
All of the buildings are on West Main Street, although the property at 118 W. Main St. and 120 W. Main St. front on Parrish Street as well.
