OKLAHOMA CITY, March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bronco Drilling Company, Inc. today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $22.75 per share. The Company is offering 1,700,000 shares and the selling stockholder is offering 1,300,000 shares. The selling stockholder has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering and sale of shares by the selling stockholder.
