Foshan Plastic Group Co., Ltd. (SZ: 000973) announced on February 21st, 2006 that it plans to purchase 51% equity of Foshan Huayang Industrial Co., Ltd. holds in Zhuozhou Donghua Packing Material Co., Ltd.

The production capacity is 8 000 t/a and the registered capital is US$8.0 million. The main business scope of the company includes the production and sales of plastic packing materials.
