After Microsoft accused the European Commission of colluding with its worse enemies and sitting on the proof, it took its claims to US federal courts in New York, Massachusetts and California and asked them to compel IBM, Novell, Oracle and Sun to turn over their correspondence with the European regulators.
The move hasn't improved relations between Microsoft and the EC any.
The EU decided last Friday after Microsoft went running to American courts that, despite Microsoft's latest defensive filing, the company hasn't complied with its 2004 order.
