Mar. 23--CENTRAL POINT -- For most of his life, Grant J. Bailey has bought and sold guns.
He was 12 when he rented his first table at a gun show and even after a debilitating disease left him legally blind, Bailey carved out a profitable niche.
Now the 35-year-old owner of Jay Bailey Antiques & Firearms on Pine Street is in danger of seeing his livelihood disappear with his vision.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ordered Bailey to cease firearms trade in February, asserting he was licensed as a sole proprietor and had failed to obtain a new license when he incorporated his firm.
