Doug Davidson, Research Director of the Columbus, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, wants to get all that area's businesses online. Why they aren't online seems to boil down to two reasons: "It costs too much" and "Learning is too time consuming." Most businesspeople do not see online services as a good investment. He also suspects a pretty large fear/intimidation factor over something new.
