THE 15-year-old schoolgirl, smartly dressed in her school uniform, sat in front of school nurse Viv Crouch with trembling hands and eyes red-rimmed from crying. A pretty, rather dainty teenager with her shoulder-length blonde hair neatly pulled up into a ponytail, she nervously sipped a glass of water before the words tumbled out of her pale, drawn face.
