The stage lights went down and a dozen glow lights went up, tossed by a happy fan up front.
The crowd went "ahhhh."
The mood was set Friday night at the Palace Theatre in Eastwood.
The Syracuse band Childhood's End was ready to play the music of Pink Floyd. And fans of all ages, seeming to hit every decade, from those in their 50s down to the 14-year-old who was running the intricate light system, were ready for a big time.
