One of the largest San Gabriel Valley office deals of the year filled a long-vacant building in the fourth quarter, helping the market to slightly improve its year-end vacancy rate from a year earlier. Specifically, the San Gabriel Valley's office vacancy rate stood at 22.1 percent at the end of 1992, compared with 23.1 percent at year end 1991.
