PHILADELPHIA -- Tasty Baking Company (NasdaqNM:TSTY) announced today the appointment of Mark G. Conish to its Board of Directors as a Class 3 director with a term expiring in 2007.
Mr. Conish serves as Vice President of Global Operations for Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Church & Dwight Co., Inc. manufactures and markets a wide range of personal care, household and specialty products, under the Arm & Hammer brand name and other well-known trademarks.
