A new fiber development from Wellman Fibers seems to combine the best of natural and man-mades with high performance and easy care.
In fact the product, called Fortrel Wash'n'Wool, is a blend of 60 percent polyester and 40 percent wool. It was designed for the men's slacks business and is aimed at the fall '94 lines. It combines a polyester specially engineered for this blend along with a washable wool, also developed by Wellman.
Wellman, as far as we know, is the only fiber producer that offers its customers both polyester and wool fibers.
