WARSAW. MARCH 28. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Aluminum firm Kety discuses a motivation program for 2006-2008 offering bonds with pre-emption right over the period from 2010-2012 at the average share price noted in Q1'06, BDM PKO BP analyst Andrzej Powierza wrote in a morning review.
The maximum value of the program will make 4.8% of the current shares volume and embrace 40 people.
The company's management will submit the program to the supervisory board on the next general meeting.
