MENLO PARK, Calif. -- Landec Corporation (Nasdaq:LNDC), a developer and marketer of technology-based polymer products for food, agricultural and licensed partner applications, today reported results for the third quarter ended February 26, 2006. Unless otherwise noted, all financial statement amounts are stated on a basis consistent with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States ("GAAP basis").
Total revenues for the third quarter were $57.2 million, an increase of 11% from revenues of $51.5 million for the same period a year ago, and gross profits increased to $11.4 million up 23% from $9.3 million for the same period a year ago. The Company ...
