The Tan Sri Khoo Teck Puat Estate (Estate) and Temasek Holdings (Temasek) are pleased to announce that the Estate has entered into an agreement to sell or procure the sale of 152,399,222 ordinary shares in Standard Chartered PLC (representing approximately 11.55 per cent of Standard Chartered's ordinary share capital) to Dover Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek.
