Eric S. Goldschmidt, senior partner at Scarsdale, New York based Goldschmidt & Associates, brokered two significant transactions in the hot market of New Rochelle, New York.
The entire property consisting of a three level 30,000 s/f building plus two parking lots of 20,000 s/f at 125 Main Street, Route 1, has been leased on a long term basis to Hyundai which is moving from another area location.
The building will be upgraded and modernized adding a fresh look to the northern gateway of New Rochelle, according to Goldschmidt.
At New Rochelle's southern end, Goldschmidt brokered the sale of 2 Birch Street, a 32,000 s/f manufacturing facility. ...
