CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY a" Now it can be told: Motor vehicles carnapped in Metro Manila are sold in Mindanao.
Three luxury vehicles that were recovered recently by operatives of the Traffic Management Office (TMO) in this city were found to have come from Metro Manila, Supt. Felixberto M. Castillo stated in his report to TMO director Chief Supt. Errol T. Pan.
The carnapped motor vehicles were surreptitiously shipped from the Port of Manila and transported to various parts of Mindanao.
