Article: Convert Abdul Rahman leaves for Italy.

KABUL, Mar 29 (Pajhwok Afghan News): Afghan convert Abdul Rahman, who was released from jail Monday night, left the country for Italy in a military plane this morning, informed sources confided to Pajhwok Afghan News.

He left for Italy through a military plane around 10am on Wednesday to get political asylum there, said the source. Abdul Rahman, who was kept at a secret place since his release on Monday night, was shifted under tight security to Kabul Airport, from where he was flown to Italy through a special plane, said another source privy to the whole episode.
