NORFOLK - The cash-strapped, oft-sued company that holds the contract for shuttle service at Norfolk International soon will exit the airport.
Lee Perry Rempas, owner of Airport Express, has agreed to depart with his company as soon as a replacement can be found, said Ken Scott, the airport's director. Rempas declined to comment but did confirm that he is leaving.
