CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BB&T Investment Services Inc. today said that the Bank Insurance & Securities Association (BISA) board of directors has elected John D. Vaughan Jr. as the association's next president. He will assume the post in 2007 and serve a two-year term.
Vaughan, who joined the bank in 1983, is president of BB&T Investment Services. He is based at 200 S. College St.
Vaughan was named president-elect at the BISA annual meeting in Hollywood, Fla.
