Heritage Development once again is making plans to put its stamp on Twinsburg.
The development concern headed by Iris S. Wolstein, widow of the late Bert Wolstein, is readying plans to build two mixed-use complexes with a total of about 224,000 square feet of retail and office space at state Route 82 and Chamberlin Road.
Robert Benjamin, Heritage vice president/director of real estate, said the plan calls for mirror structures on 11 acres that Heritage owns on opposite sides of 82. There would be for about 77,000 square feet of first-floor retail space and 35,000 square feet of second-floor office space in each building.
