CRESWELL - Sidelined by an ailing shoulder, Michelle Timpani hasn't played a pain-free round of golf in almost a year.
Fortunately, her shoulder wasn't the problem in her return to the golf course Monday. The problem was her weary legs.
"I feel a little rusty," Timpani said after wrapping up the first day of competition at the Duck Invitational women's golf tournament at Emerald Valley Golf Club.
"This is the first time I've played more than 18 holes in almost a year," she said. "My legs are pretty tired."
