Mar. 31--MUZAFFARABAD, Pakistan -- Saima Sulaiman knew just where to take her father for his diabetes -- the hospital run by Jamaat ul Dawa, known for its short lines and free service, part of the group's highly praised relief efforts after last October's devastating earthquake.
She also knew just who makes up group. "These are the Islamic fighters," she said simply.
