INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - MEDIA: Poland's State-Owned News Agency to Get New Boss - After the Treasury introduced two new supervisory board members to state-owned news agency PAP, changes are likely in the company's management as well. The three-year term of Waldemar Siwinski, associated with the political left, ends in June.
The media speculates the agency's new boss will be leaning toward the new conservative government. Among the most important candidacies is Piotr Skwiecinski, who worked for public television under Wieslaw Walendziak, a former frontbench MP of the ruling party. ...
