An online directory launched this week to help advertisers tap into the embryonic market for advertising on podcasts and blogs.
Called BLAD, the Blog and Podcast Advertising Directory, the site aims to become the Web's biggest directory of blogs and podcasts with advertising.
Site owners will be invited to give details of what kinds of advertising they accept, their target audience and unique user numbers. The goal is to list hundreds of sites within two months.
One of the first to sign up is comedy podcast Sowerby & Luff's Comedy 365, which is among the top three iTunes podcasts in the US, UK and Eire.
