To avoid getting stuck in traffic in downtown Cincinnati on Monday's Opening Day of the Reds' season, Cincinnati Traffic Engineer Steve Bailey has some advice.
"The good advice is to have your car parked and be in your place, wherever that may be, by 11 a.m.," he said. "The better advice is take the bus."
Traffic is expected to be heavy and parking is anticipated to be at a premium because thousands of people will converge on downtown for the Opening Day parade, which starts at 11 a.m., and the Reds-Cubs game which begins at 2:10 p.m.
