LOS ANGELES, April 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Starwin Media Holdings Inc. announced today that Starwin Media has acquired 70% of Strategic Media International Limited, the majority shareholders with controlling interest of SMI Corporation Limited listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong under stock code: HKSE 198; M Channel Corporation Limited (HKGEM: 8036) and SMI Publishing Group Limited (HKGEM: 8010).
