NEW YORK, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- BLACK ENTERPRISE (BE) today announced that General Motors (GM) will return as title sponsor of the 2006 Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference, marking the third consecutive year the world's largest vehicle manufacturer has filled that role.
