Apr. 4--Thai organisations should realise the need for strong leaders who support innovation and creativity as significant factors for success in the globalised environment, according to Edward Reilly, president and CEO of the non-profit American Management Association (AMA).
He said the association had helped organisations worldwide build competitiveness with successful strategies through various training programmes.
