You've heard the buzz.
There's a reason Buenos Aires is on the tip of the jet-sets' lips. Once considered the most expensive of South American cities, the sophisticated Argentine capital is now one of the continent's most affordable. A 2001 economic crisis (from which the country is still recovering) has made the culturally rich port city one of the best travel deals around. And the weak peso hasn't gotten anyone down _ Buenos Aires is flourishing in just about every possible way. Art, fashion, construction and tourism all are booming. Even the tango, the seductive national dance, is hip again, and well-heeled European tourists ...
