Apr. 4--Most of Lake Oswego's Mountain Park area, including hundreds of apartment units and its primary retail center, was built in the 1970s. Until now, little has changed.
But Wednesday's opening of the city's first New Seasons grocery store coincides with rapid residential growth and densely configured infill projects spilling into an area once known for large lots and relatively few houses.
