Hair color is seasonal-especially in Hollywood. And whether they're painting brunette, blonde or red tresses, celebrity colorists have reached a consensus for this year's hair color trends: Bold highlights are out, and a lighter, more natural look is in.
Many of the industry's top celebrity colorists reasoned that the movement from artificial, chunky highlights to monochromatic looks is a result of several new coloring techniques, as well as the nature of trends.
