Post-Standard colleague Gina Chen responded with a recipe that she found in "McCall's Cookie Collection," published in 1972.
JoAnn Chamberlin, of Oneida, also sent several cookie recipes for Joy, including one for Crisscross Cookies, from a December 1956 Farm Journal magazine.
