SUN PRAIRIE -- Tuesday's nearly 2-to-1 rejection of the $60 million high school referendum does not end the debate but starts it over, spokesmen for the opposing sides and the School Board agree.
"I think the School Board goes back to the drawing board," said board President Mary Ellen Havel-Lang. "It's clear to me that we have growth occurring in our community and it's clear to me that we have a need for a good learning environment for our high school students."
