MALAYSIA'S UEM WORLD TO ESTABLISH UNIVERSITY IN JOHOR

KUALA LUMPUR - UEM World Berhad (KLSE:1775) on Wednesday announced the signing of Heads of Agreement (HOA) between its subsidiary, Merak Indera Sdn Bhd, and Southeast Asia Education Holdings, Inc. (SAEH).

The parties are expected to enter into a joint venture at a later stage to establish an iCarnegie-managed university at Nusajaya EduCity in Nusajaya in the southern state of Johor.
