SBI employees reject FM's call to end strike
New Delhi, Apr 6 (PTI) Striking SBI employees today rejected Finance Minister P Chidambaram's appeal to call off their agitation, saying they would not resile from their position unless an agreement was reached on their demand for higher pension.
As the indefinite strike across the country entered the fourth day today, the employees unions termed as meaningless Chidambaram's appeal to them to resume work, saying he should give an assurance first that the government would accept any agreement between the management and the unions.
