Apr. 7--Developers of a proposed 210-room Hilton hotel at Polaris say they're prepared to start work in early June and are talking with Delaware County about tax breaks for a portion of the project. Matt Studer, a partner with Platinum Ridge Properties, said it will take about 14 months to build the hotel and conference center near Polaris Fashion Place. Platinum Ridge is working with NP Limited, the developer of Polaris and owner of the site where the hotel will be built.
