WCI Communities will soon break ground on the Rivington, a new residential village consisting of three distinct neighborhoods on the 321-acre former Union Carbide corporate campus in Danbury, Conn.
It is one of the largest master-planned communities in the region.
Rivington will be a traditional neighborhood design community with approximately 1,200 homes, priced from the $300,000s to the $700,000s, including a variety of town homes and midrise condominium residences in three distinct neighborhoods, each with its own amenities and unique character for a variety of lifestyles.
