Apr. 10--Margaret Richeson was a lifelong Catholic and an active member of her local parish, but spiritually, she still felt restless.
"Is this all there is to God -- following rules?" she wondered.
That's all changed, the 77-year-old Owensboro woman said recently. The charismatic renewal gave her new zest as a Christian in the early 1980s, she said.
"God came alive for me, and I realized He knew who I was. I never felt that way before," Richeson said. "I was so joyful, people told me I was obnoxious."
