CHARMING CHANGES: Charming Shoppes Inc. promoted Diane M. Paccione to group divisional president, a new post, overseeing the Fashion Bug and Catherines Plus Sizes divisions. She will also serve as president of Fashion Bug, with direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations. Elizabeth Williams, president of Fashion Bug, has left the company.
