Allen-Bradley Automation Group is considering a 44-acre site in Landerhaven Corporate Center in Mayfield Heights for a proposed, $55-million office and research complex.
The complex would allow the company to combine in one building 1,100 office and research employees spread among eight buildings in Highland Heights and Mayfield Village.
Keith Hamilton, director of human resources and facilities planning at Allen-Bradley Automation, said the Landerhaven Drive site is the highest-ranked of five options the company has seriously considered.
