DES MOINES, Iowa -- Principal Global Investors, a member of the Principal Financial Group(R), today announced that its preferred securities strategy has been added to two Wells Fargo separate account platforms -- the WellsSelect(R) platform available through Wells Fargo Investments financial consultants and the Wells Strategic Portfolio available through Wells Fargo Bank for private bank and high-net-worth clients. The Principal Global Investors preferred securities strategy is managed by its affiliate, Spectrum Asset Management.
