NEW YORK -- Lehman Brothers First Trust Income Opportunity Fund (NYSE: LBC) today declared monthly distributions of $0.11 per share for the months of April, May and June.
Distributions will be payable on April 28, 2006, May 31, 2006, and June 30, 2006, to shareholders of record on April 21, 2006, May 23, 2006 and June 23, 2006, respectively.
Under the Fund's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan"), each common shareholder will have all distributions of dividends and capital gains automatically reinvested in additional common shares by Investors Bank & Trust, as agent for shareholders pursuant to the Plan, unless the shareholder elects to ...
