Lionsgate and Panamax Films to Release LA MUJER DE MI HERMANO as First Movie in Venture's Spanish-Language Feature Film Initiative.

SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF; TSX), the leading independent filmed entertainment studio, and Panamax Films are set to release the first film in their U.S. distribution pact, LA MUJER DE MI HERMANO, this Friday, April 14, in approximately 200 theatres in about 20 major markets, representing one of the largest openings for a Spanish-language film targeted to Latino audiences in the United States. The release was announced today by Tom Ortenberg, Lionsgate President of Theatrical Films and James M. McNamara, Chairman of Panamax.
