LOS ANGELES, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Vivendi Universal Games Mobile ("VUG Mobile") today announced that the company has signed an agreement with QUALCOMM Incorporated to become a publisher of wireless games developed for QUALCOMM's BREW solution.
