It sure seems as if Denise Austin has at least a million fitness videos out there. With all those videos, you might think one Austin video is like any other Austin video. But somehow she manages to pull off another fresh and interesting workout.
The trademark super-peppy voice is still there, as are the high-energy moves, but Austin adds a new twist to "Burn Fat Fast" with a dance-inspired cardio section and a tough strengthening workout.
