HOUSTON -- At Accurate Air Systems, Inc. (AAS), the PacTel "Teletrac" system not only locates vehicles with remakable speed, but allows workers and supervisors to monitor themselves.
According to general manager Kenneth F. Kilgore Sr., "We had some problems with installation people not getting to the job on time or leaving early.
"If a guy's five minutes late one day, that's not a big deal. But these people have helpers or mechanics in the truck with them, so if I lose 10 or 15 minutes morning or afternoon, I lose it times three."
