Local property developer Emaar Properties has awarded contracts for three more projects in Dubai Marina, the Views and the Burj Dubai complex.
The local ALEC has won the estimated AED 1,420 million ($385 million) contract to build a new shopping mall complex in Dubai Marina. The 27-month contract entails construction of a mixed-use development comprising an eight-level shopping mall with 150 retail units, a 38-storey tower with 200 hotel rooms and 400 serviced apartments, a car park and an eight-level tower for restaurants on an island in the marina.
