ABC has found better ratings through buffer hunks: Patrick "McDreamy" Dempsey of "Grey's Anatomy," Matthew Fox of "Lost" and the unsung men of "Desperate Housewives." The network tries to extend the streak with Barry Watson of "What About Brian."
Fans remember Watson fondly for playing Matt Camden on "7th Heaven." The actor exudes easy charm as Brian, a Los Angeles bachelor in romantic turmoil.
The show's title carries no question mark, but there's no question that Watson carries this modest comedy-drama. ABC will give it the big push with a 10 p.m. EDT premiere Sunday, after "Desperate Housewives," before the new show ...
