Apr. 14--MIDLAND -- A Midland company already sued by Odessa's Medical Center Hospital now is being sued by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.
Abbott filed suit Thursday against Midland-based Business Office Systems and Solutions and its owners Danny L. and Pamela Kay Becker.
Dan Becker has hired Odessa attorney Steve Brannan to represent him in the suit from the attorney general's office. Brannan said he hadn't had much time to review the case Thursday afternoon.
