Apr. 15--A boy was killed and his adult cousin was critically injured Friday morning when they were thrown from a motorcycle in Franklin Park, village police said. Neither Victor Burzynski, 11, of the 3400 block of North Odell Avenue, Chicago, nor Lucas Kislo, 25, of Bensenville was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, which occurred shortly before noon, Franklin Park Police Chief Tom Wolfe said. Kislo was driving the motorcycle but did not have a license, Wolfe said. Driving a motorcycle without a license is a misdemeanor, but no charges or citations were filed as of Friday evening, Wolfe said. The accident occurred on the …
